Elevate Student Ministries exists to elevate Jesus Christ among the students of Walkerton and the surrounding area. It is our desire to partner with parents and willing community members to see students reach their full potential in Christ. Our goal is to create Passionate Followers of Christ, Devoted Disciples of Christ, and Godly Leaders for Christ.
Together we are starting to change the culture in our local High Schools. Next will be the culture of our community at large and eventually the rest of Ontario and Canada! It is our desire to see change in the way students view their lives. They will no longer see themselves as products of happenstance, chance or science, but rather a result of an intentional design by a loving God.
This is our goal, this is our vision.
STAFF: 
Pastors Dave and Sharon have been in Walkerton for 3 years now and are loving it more with each passing day! They met Roller Skating at the famous Forum in Cambridge Ontario, and married 8 years after that. They have been married for 9 years and have a two daughters: a 4 year old named Brooklynn and a 1 year old named Kaitlynn.
Nicki is the Backbone of elevate student ministries. She is passionate, she loves the kids and has been Pastor Dave's "right hand man" since December of 2010. Most of what elevate is going to do in the next few year is going to happen because Nicki Decker is totally on board!
Paul is the man, period. He is a man that shapes other young men into Men of God. When you spend a few hours at the Hudson house you leave a different person. Without Paul and his family ELEVATE would not be what we are today.
Emily Reuber gives leadership to our Youth Worship Team and our Jr. High Program Peer Chaos. She is a valuable member of our leadership team and an awesome influence on the girls in the group. She runs a small group for girls on Monday nights at her house and any girl is allowed to join.
STUDENT LEADERS
Student leadership is something that we take seriously. We are investing in the lives of the students who are willing to invest in elevate student ministries. Each student leader makes a serious 1 year commitment and in turn has the opportunity to shape their church and their student ministry.
